Delete your account

You can request deletion of your TCG Cycle account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Request deletion by email

Send an email from the address connected to your TCG Cycle account to [email protected]. Use “TCG Cycle account deletion request” as the subject and state that you want your account deleted.

We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal data, listings, collection and wishlist information, except for records we must retain for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes. Any retained records are kept only for the required purpose and period.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
